Arrives physically damaged during transit or shipping.
Contains a proven manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned axle, non-functioning RC electronics, missing parts).
Differs noticeably from the model, scale, or color ordered.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a smooth return or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

The item must be in its original collector box with factory plastic blisters, straps, and protective foam intact.
All included accessories (screws, plinths, display bases, remote controls, antennas) must be returned together.
Damage resulting from accidental user drops, intentional disassembly, or misuse is not covered under the guarantee.
Unboxing video documentation is strongly recommended for transit damage claims to expedite carrier processing.
